MUNACHIM AMAH

HOW CAN I DESCRIBE A FRIEND LIKE MUNACHIM AMAH? 

Muna, you are completely indescribable.  I remember the first day of the MSc class (orientation day). You sat directly behind me chatting up with Femi Olasope and Dara Ogunbowale. In my head, I'm like, 'who are these two cute friends?' 

Time went by. You never tried to be noticed like the rest of us. You were calm, sweet and peaceful. Until the scorecards began to roll, then your Grace was announced- he was a smarty, the best of all.

Muna, God has blessed you with an amazing heart; a heart to love, a heart to share, a heart to hold and a heart to keep. 

You were: a Teacher to the class, a crush to the ladies, a buddy to the guys and a friend to every soul. You were always available to everyone. You and only you. 

I remember our first 'date,' I knew you didn't have a lot, but you were still kind enough to share. We chatted for over 3 hours and no second was boring. We shared deep thoughts that I believe till today, we both have preserved to ourselves. You are exceptional Muna. 

You have turned a year old today the 21st of November 2017, and I tell you,  by this time next year, the world would be cheering your name.  "You are a legend in the making."

In Mrs Ifeyinwa Awagu's words - " To be intelligent is a gift. To apply oneself to it is of the will. To enrich the lives of others with that is a virtue. Muna, you are a treasure..." 

Can I go on and on? Yes, I can, but then words may fail me. From a dear friend to another, I say Munachim Amah, 'I love you' with all of my heart for been there for the entire MSc class and me at the School of Media and Communications  Pan-Atlantic University.
